The Mubarak Ali Foundation (MAF) is dedicated to elevating educational excellence through the Mubarak Ali Case Centre at the Institute of Business Administration in Dhaka University, poised to become a globally recognized hub for business case writing. Established in 2024 in partnership with Bangladesh’s premier business university, the centre is pioneering the adoption and creation of the case teaching method, synonymous with the world’s most respected business schools. Emphasizing the distinctive economic and business landscape of Bangladesh, the Mubarak Ali Case Centre collaborates with illustrious institutions, including Harvard University and the Indian Institutes of Management. Our objective is to spotlight the unique challenges and opportunities within the Bangladeshi context, enriching the global repository of business knowledge and equipping IBA to meet Harvard’s distinguished case centre criteria. Through this initiative, MAF is not just shaping a new narrative for business education in Bangladesh but also contributing to the cultivation of future leaders who will navigate the complexities of international commerce with insight and foresight.
